Origami Tortoise Instructions

The origami tortoise is a great little model: its easy to make and it will stand there and look cute!

You will need some scissors to make this model.

1. Start with your paper white side up. Fold in half, as shown, and open.	2. Now fold the top corner down to the bottom corner

3. Fold the outside corners in to the centre line.

4. Fold these same triangles upwards to the top point

5. Fold only the uppermost layers outwards as shown	6. Cut ONLY the top layer up to the centre of the model

7. Fold out the bottom flaps as you did in Step 5.	8. Fold the 2 sides in to the centrew, and the top point downwards as shown.

9. Now fold up	Turn Over, your Tortoise is finished!
