Leukemia and an Origami Lily

Well my dad had to go to the hospital because there was something wrong with his blood and he was severely anemic. After some time they found he has Leukemia. He had to start chemotherapy immediately.

Soon after we were told he can get sick very easily and that certain things were not allowed around him, flowers being one of them. So I decided that I wanted to make him my favorite kind of flower, an origami Lily that this site taught me to make. He picked out a color and now always has it with him no matter what. He loved it. Thanks to this site I was able to give my dad joy in this stressful time.
